For organizations managing multiple Athletic Trainers, The Sports Med App simplifies staffing operations by coordinating assignments, clinician networks, credentials, and communication in one place. When an AT has a credential approaching expiration, both the Athletic Trainer and the organizations they are associated with are notified. If an AT attempts to sign up for a shift that occurs after a required credential is set to expire, the platform can alert both parties and either block the sign-up or flag it for the staffing organization to review, override, and address. This added layer of compliance oversight helps reduce risk and lets operators sleep better at night.
